New business owners need specialized assistance when starting up. In addition to the very real concerns about startup capital and the survival of the new company, many owners have little or no experience with accounting, a chart of accounts, or setting up QuickBooks.

Incorporation

Should you need assistance with the incorporation process, we have an attorney that we partner with for all your incorporation questions, the process itself, and any other partnership or corporation questions you might have.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks is a great program with many features, and it can be customized for most small businesses. But the creation of the chart of accounts can seem daunting to people who are not familiar with the way a chart of accounts works.

The Wren Group, Inc. sits down with new business owners and carefully reviews everything about the new business that is available. We ask a lot of questions! Then we return to our offices and create a customized QuickBooks file for your business. Often, we are asked to enter in all of the receipts, purchases, and expenses you've incurred as a new small business owner - and that is no problem! We get your system up and running to your specifications and can either teach you how to maintain it or we can maintain it for you.

Certified Public Accountants

If you don't have a CPA yet, we can also set you up with one of our partner CPA's. These CPA's are available for tax consultations, tax and financial planning questions, and ways to minimize your tax liabilities. We work with a CPA to set up all your QuickBooks for the best use of the information later.
